| Re: COMMISSARY coupon problem at the comsy? i've only had one or two cashiers scan the coupon immediately following the item(s). i didn't ask them to do it this way...it was just the way they did it. i actually think this is a good method since there is no doubt the qualifying item was purchased for the coupon used.
i don't see any legitimate reason why a cashier would decline to use this method if the customer requested. you could either 1) hand the coupons over after each item is scanned 2) stack the coupons in the order in which the items are on the belt or 3) lay the coupon on each item.
