COMMISSARY: no more KY?

I went shopping at my commissary today, and they were out of the 1.84 KY... they didnt even have a spot for it any more, the sticker that said KY and 1.84 were gone. I asked the clerk in the aisle if he knew if they had any in the back, he went to check and came back a few minutes later and said they are no longer carrying that size item.

Is that true!?! this really sucks, atleast I only had 10 left.... but still, a little damper on my trip :sad:

over time, i've noticed them removing products that give overage.

two that come to mind are the phily cheese bites and the single rolls of asian sensation egg rolls. i'm sure there are others...


if any item is deleted at your store only and still in the DECA system, then you should still be able to place a special order - you just have to order and buy by the case.

I went Friday to use my last 10 KY coupons before they expire, and there was none there either. There WAS an empty space, but no sticker tag. Oh well, the coupons that came out today were only for $1.50 anyway.

Our store has been out for awhile also, but I think they may be phasing out the old stock and will later restock it. If you look at the new KY coupon and ad, they have redone the ky product and it is like a new and improved version. So they may just be getting rid of all the old and will start getting in the new packaging ones soon. KWIM? But I think the 3$ coupons will not be returning either. I will miss them.

My store hasn't had them on the shelves in months, but I've been able to order in 2 cases over the last 2 weeks. I did notice a few bottles on the shelf (5-10) last time I was in.

I don't think the stores are necessarily going to stop carrying them. I've noticed similar things happen with other products -- they'll disappear for awhile and always be OOS and then they come back with a new package.

Mine still had them today. I was able to use the last 42 of my $3 KY coupons for overage today. I am said there are no more $3 coupons out there now! :(

Both My commissaries restocked them. We have a 2 dollar coupon, which is still good, just not as good. Who knows, they may come out with another 3 dollar!

I have about 20 of the $3 coupons left. Any chance the Commissary will take them tomorrow if they are expired by 14 days?

Really?.....hmmmm....What next, that they are going to get rid of products with just good deals???

I have written this a million times, but I continuously wonder what is it to them...I mean, they get REIMBURSED fort the products from the manufacturer.......I just cannot figure out what the deal is with using the coupons.......the problem, I mean....:shrug7:
