Sorry, I had a bad experience at my com. today. They didn't want to take my KY coupon, even know it states off of any "KY, Tucks or Soothing Care product" They said it had to be a soothing care product. So, I didn't use my five coupons and didn't get the five kys. But, made me so mad, stood there and talked about if with her forever...........................So, I got to my car, called the manager and told her about it, and then went back in with my kids and talked to her some more. Turns out, I wasn't wrong. So she talked to the customer service person and the checker and set them right.....I just sucks that they can't read what is says on the coupon. Oh well, I got it taken care of.

my cashier said the same thing the other day. i explained to her that the items are THREE DIFFERENT products and she finally put them thru. next time, i may bring up one of each item to show just in case...
