My cashier took it no problem. It's the SAME exact picture for the "kraft brand knox" and the "nabisco brand knox" ... If they were two different companies wouldn't the same picture for their Knox stuff be an issue?
Doesn't matter how much it is, could be on clearance for 1 penny and they should still give you the full value of the coupon because that's their store policy.
I had to email my store director to clarify this for me, here's how that went...
I said:
blahblahblah complained about a cashier that wouldn't accept a printed coupon that gave overage...
"Here
http://www.commissaries.com/inside_d...0_6_JN2007.pdf in paragraph 7(pg. 40) it states that "valid coupons will be entered at the value stated on the coupon." That should allow overage I believe. Could you clarify it for me/the cashiers so there aren't any problems next time?"
And her reply was:
"You are correct; our policy states that money can be given back on valid
coupons as long as the merchandise has been purchased. The front end
manager will go over again the policies with all the cashiers. I
apologize for this and in the future please ask for the duty manager so
you are given all that you are entitled to.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Karen"
Where did you get this info?
This is from the KRAFT site about Knox history: Knox History
If you scroll down, they have a picture of a nutrajoint item.
"In addition, Knox has taken the words "healthful lifestyle" to the next level, creating Knox NutraJoint."
I've also come across the Nabisco site and it links me to Kraft site for more "promotions"... sister/brother companies?
And as for you printing 2 coupons per computer, that's perfectly FINE. That cashier is just a misinformed jerk.
