COMMISSARY What do you think? good coupon
I saw this great coupon, even overage one, on ebay. 1$ off any 2 nabisco cookies, no size restriction. I bought 20. Just got them in the mail and on the very front it clearly states, one coupon per person per day. Well, I emailed the seller and said this is a huge exclusion that should be in the product description. She replied she used to be a store manager and doesn't know of a single store that wouldn't take multiples of this, they wouldn't want to lose money. She said all coupons say that, just usually in the fine print. Well, I don't know of a single store that would take more than one. And rarely does any coupon say that. Now I have to use these one at time over about 20 weeks, or return them to her. I mean am I crazy or is that a HUGE exclusion? She is selling tons of these and has sold tons and has no negative feedback. No one else seems to be complaining. Who is crazy, her or I?

Re: What do you think? good coupon
I've learned that the hard way about ebay sellers. I know try to find auction that have decent scans of the Q so I can read it myself. Coupons terms are getting pretty stingy and the sellers never seem to even bother to read it. I was going to buy a bunch of the zone bar Qs, but they are also one per trans.
I felt so bad, I did that once with Glucerna Qs. I sent like 100 to my mom so she could by the singles in bulk. The cashier scanned all the cans and then realized the Qs said "one per transaction". She was a bit gripey about it, but told me mom she would do them all "this time".
If you want you could leave the seller a neutral feedback.

Re: What do you think? good coupon
I know stores already give people a hard time about one per purchase (which is legit to use all you have if you buy enough items!), I don't know too many stores that are going to take all those at one time because they clearly state per person, not purchase.
The wheat thins ones that just came out say one per person on them too. It's going to get harder to use multiples I think. :(
I think she is wrong and doesn't care. Either she doesn't think a store will not do it or she just wants to sell them.

Re: What do you think? good coupon
how much and on what items is this coupon giving overage ?
neither of you are crazy.
if you cannot use them, i would either 1) ask the seller for refund & return them or 2) trade them out to someone who doesn't mind exclusionary wording.
