having various coupon sources is a good thing. yes, the commissary can be one source; however, the coupons there are intended for military families so i would personally use some discretion and not take them all (unless perhaps it's a super hot coupon giving overage or free items - those tend to disappear fast if/when the baggers/cashiers catch wind of them)
