I am not totally new to using coupons but I am new to getting things for free with coupons. I was so excited the other day because I was able to get cat food and razors for free.
Good life cat food 3lb bag 2.08 4 coupons for $2.00 and 1 for $ 3.00 so I had an overage of .60. And I was also able to get the Schick Quatro razors. They were 3.90 with a $4.00 coupon.
I won't tell you how much I actually spent because I went overboard thinking about how much I had saved on these items. I need to work on it but I am learning.

HAPPY DANCE I saved 100% for the 1st time today
Don't mind me, I'm just pumped LOL

It wasn't a big trip, but I was still pretty excited. A little bummed that the teenage cashier boy didn't do an end-zone dance for me, but whatever hehe

I bought:

string cheese
bread
various spices
minced garlic
italian ices
canned veggies
Silk soymilk
chicken
chicken nuggets
enough Schick to cover it all LOL (27)

My surcharge was $2.73, and after coupons I paid $2.71

I took the time to write down the price of everything as I added it to the cart, then just bought enough razors to cover it all LOL.

Awesome Kelipso! I always forget to add the cost of the razors in as well as the surcharge so I sweat a little when I see the total. I really need to make sure I write everything down when I shop but somehow I always miss something so I have yet to achieve the 100% savings. Good job! :)
