Anyone ordered Excedrin in the last week & where?

Just curious...I ordered 3 cases to use up the last of my coupons and they are telling me there is a problem with the manufacturer and they can't get them in. This is after a floor manager told me last week that they wouldn't order them anymore since customers are taking advantage of them.

So, before I call, I'm curious to know if others are having any problems with supply with the manufacturer.

i only ever ordered 1 case which never came in as far as i know.
i'm going to call today to check status.

Thanks, PMFan--after how I was treated, I'm pretty sure this is a just them being difficult but I'd love to be proved wrong and find out it is an availability issue. I called a manager at a comm. an hour away to see if I could do it there (my dh goes there tdy a lot) and she was horribly rude and said she would not allow anyone to grossly abuse the system. Even after saying it was DECA policy to accept the coupon, she said she wouldn't.

If they won't let me s/o, I'll just have to clear the shelves when I can. I don't understand how this helps people? If I s/o, then the product is on the shelf for others. If they don't let me, then I take all that is there....???

I'm very frustrated.

I placed a S/O yesterday at Ft Campbell (my first one) which included a case of the excedrin. They took it no problem, but we'll see if I ever get it. I don't think my commissary carries this regularly---at least I have never found it.

as far as i know, the store directors do have discretion to limit quantities.

I placed a SO today for 2 cases, did not have any problem placing the order, so we will see. I ordered a case mid-April and it came in without any problems.

I plan to place an order today. Last time I did it took a week, I hope they aren't out, I could really use the overage!!

There is a new $2 off any Excedrin Back and Body X7/31/08....HTH
