Tootsie Roll banks 25 cents

I ran to menards last night and found a huge display of tootsie roll banks and they were only a quarter~! I picked up 25 for my son's upcoming birthday party but thought if your school does Valentine's Day and allows candy these would be great! I opened one and they weren't stale or anything. I don't know if it was just this store or chain wide.

Mine had them for 49¢ for a while and then they were gone :( Woudl love to get them for only 25¢!
