HELP! Arm and Hammer Rebate

I sent my husband to pick up the Arm and Hammer Rebate at Menards. The rebate was buy 1 baking soda and get a detergent free. They gave my husband a copy of the rebate form and not an original. The form says right on it, MUST BE ORIGINAL!

What do I do? Does anyone have an original I can trade with them?

HELP!

All of the Menards rebates can be printed off their website. That's how I always get them.

My rebate form was part of the box of baking soda...part of the cardboard tears off and the rebate is on the inside cover. Was your baking soda not specially marked this way?

The rebate states up to $5.00- does this mean if you buy 2 bottles of detergent, for a total of $7.98, that you would get the full $5.00? I read the form, but it wasn't very clear.... TIA!
