Menards Q's included w/Big Card statement

I've never seen anything posted about this so I'm going to start.

There are a few bonuses for getting the Menards Big Card (their store credit card). One is that you'll get an end of year rebate for 2% of all purchases. Another is that they occasionally send scratch off cards for $2 off, $5 off. Yet another is that with your credit card statements come 12 Menards coupons that aren't usually found anywhere else.

Except for the free super glue and the free garbage bags, the rest are available for trades.

You won't be disappointed! I consider these coupons a nice little plus to the regular rebates that are offered. Even if it means charging a candy bar to the card, I do it!

P.S. The Menards credit card is through Household Bank and you can pay it online. Why waste a stamp?

The primary account holder also gets a freebie for their birthday -- this year I received a card with a coupon for a knife & block set. Last year I got one of those extension grabber things -- comes in handy when I need to reach behind a piece of furniture or feel too unsteady on my feet to climb on a step stool. I've received hand tools, other household items & a few years ago - a solar powered 6 bulb LCD flashlight -- I LOVE that flashlight, even more so since it was a freebie. Occasionally, the gift item is also a rebate product at the time so I get the gift plus bonus $$ to spend at my favorite home improvement store!!!
