Many of the Johnson & Johnson qs from last week are worded "One coupon per person, No More than 4 coupons (of any kind) for the same product in the same transaction".
I blame it on lack of sleep ;) I went shopping this morning after working third shift. It was a decent match up week so I had quite a few coupons. After getting to the car I realized I had forgotten to use 7 coupons! So I went back in to customer service.
That is when she pointed out the "one coupon per person" so she would only give me credit for 1 of the Neutrogena qs and 1 of the Reach qs. I thoroughly apologized since it was my error.
Since I was trying to buy 4 of the reach toothbrushes for my nephews and I could only use one q from the paper I tried using one of the $2/2 IPs and $1/1 IPs. She said they looked "xeroxed" so they would not take them.
Long story short I have bad anxiety, there was a line behind me, so I decided not to argue the matter. I had just printed them myself this morning, I know they were not copied! and to top if off I used other IPs I had printed just fine in the check out line.
Just wanted to give a heads up to everyone else.
