found a cat for free poise pads any1 know where/how

so there on an end cap by h&b were a few catalinas just laying on some items noone around (i am constantly looking for cats in meijers cant help myself!) and when i picked them up i almost did a cartwheel there was a cat for free poise pads (up to 6.00) i skipped out of the store with them but now im thinking they arent pads like i and my girls need they are more for say my grandmother? so any ideas where they came from, what they are really for? what items had to be bought etc?

I don't know what makes them come out (It's not listed on the mealbox thing), but I do know they're more aimed toward bladder leakage issues. They should also work for what you and your girls would use them for, I don't see a huge difference between one thing absorbing or another, personally.
