Are the price drops just for certain areas?

I never have found these on price drop here.

I don't know, maybe they are if you couldn't find them. They are located on the Mexican food isle, and not in the refrigerated section. If you know where they are and you just meant that they weren't marked down, perhaps you could try scanning them. Maybe they're on price drop but were never tagged so, that happens at Meijer a lot .

Yes these are not in the refrigerated case but with the taco salsa sauces. The q beeps for them and the cashier said she has seen a lot of them and they say product not found even though the q is for them.
I considered purchasing more-does anyone know if you can freeze them and they won't dry out? Thanks!
I never met a coupon I did not like.

Thanks for posting!! I'm out of tortillas. I need to run somewhere this morning and get a zucchini for my minestrone that I'm making for dinner, so I'll check out while I'm there.

I've read a lot of posts saying that people freeze tortillas. I haven't had much luck with it. A couple of years ago, I got a bunch of Old El Paso tortillas at a Kroger mega sale and froze them. They didn't roll very well after freezing...mostly they broke in half. They tasted fine, so I used them in casseroles, and my husband used them for dipping in cheese sauce (he likes the soft ones better than chips sometimes).

The ones I bought yesterday have a sell by date of May 5, which isn't necessarily an expiration date. I've used tortilla shells that weren't opened a little past the sell by date or the best if used by date and they were fine. So I'm not very concerned about how to keep them with a sell by date that's over three months away.

I think the Chi Chi's burrito size tortillas are slightly smaller than Mission and the other brand we use with the Mexican name that I can't remember. So we use a couple more for a meal than we usually do because DH has to make his burritos smaller. But he still likes them better than the rest because they're soft and really strong, he hates it when his a burrito bursts open and losses it's meat.

Mine beeped also the last two times I used them, but I had used them a few times before when they were priced at $2.39 and didn't have any issues; not that they beeped is really an issue, the attendant pushed them through no problem.
