What did everyone get this week?

I had $6 in ICBINB cats expiring I didn't need anything personally, so I bought 24 cans of veggies for the food drive at work and paid $2. Hauling 24 cans of veggies up four flights of stairs at work is no walk in the park let me tell you!

What did everyone get this week?

I know that we all buy different things, because we all eat/use/donate differently. But, here's what I did:

I did the Diet Pepsi 24 pack deal a few times.
2 x 24 cans = $12 - 2 x $1 coupons = $10
Plus a free 12 pack with purchase
60 cans for $10 is about .17 per can.
(My husband drinks 6/day at work...so this is a do-able price for us)

I'm also picking up Western Ribs, Ground Round, Milk, Eggs, Potatoes, Carrots, Ice Cream and frozen vegetables for our cookout this Sunday.

I'm going later and have a $3/$10 in meat. I'm going to buy 8 pkgs of franks with the .35 coupons, I will end up paying $1.40 for 8 pkgs, plus at least one free can of chili, not sure if there's a limit per transaction on that.

Mentos gum was on price roll back to .99. There were coupons in last Sunday's inserts for $1 off 1, which makes the mentos gum free this week.

I heard that some of the Ohio stores have the canned veggies for .25 a can. Can anyone confirm if any of the Cincy area stores have them at this price? I might be going to Ikea tomorrow and will pass two or three Meijer stores. I found one Meijer over there that I really liked and will probably stop, especially if they have the veggies. I think it is off Exit 39. I don't know the name of the town its in or the store number. Thanks in advance.

I'm north of Cincy, and our price is .25 each. I went to the Meijer website and put in zip code 45215 (a Cincy zip) and that ad said .25 also. Just to be on the safe side, look up the Ikea store and see what their zip is, and then put it in the Meijer site. You should be able to find them for .25 each. Happy shopping!

i bought 12 boxes of the frozen pretzels today! :) Did get two of the stouffers but they ended up being cheaper at kroger today
