I did this today. I watched for it to deduct $3.33, $3.33 and $3.34 under the socks and underwear like the Hanes does but it just takes off $10 after all items are purchased. I couldn't see the -$10.00 anywhere on the customer screens but the cashier saw it on hers and it was on my receipt.

The boys socks had .50/1 coupons on them.

This is a great deal. Today I got 6 packs of socks and 6 packs of underwear for my son. Now his school clothes shopping is done. I hate that it is so much out of pocket for the grocery stuff though. The cheapest I was able to get was $8 something. At least I am getting some things to pack his lunch with though.

If you need something else cheap to get your total over $10 (the registers at my store made sure I was over $10, some stores were letting people to only have to buy $9.95) in the cereal isle they have little Kellogg's cereal cups for $1. All of my transactions were a few cents under $10. I bought little Frosted Flakes cups for my son to take as a snack when we go somewhere.
