acually kalamazoo might be closer than lansing and I know kzoo stores double might call the store in plainwell by ostego and allegan I don't know if they follow GR or Kzoo. good luck

ok actually I went to meijers webpage and found the plainwell store's ad and at the bottom it says doubles coupons up to 50 cents. the number to the store to call to check is 269) 685-3800

Yes the plainwell store does just what the ad describes.. doubles up to 50 cents and only on two like coupons... as a heads up though they no longer take competitor's coupons

Also, do they accept IP's?

Does doubling up to .50 mean:

.35/1 = .50/1???

I don't think they double in Big Rapids anymore either, but not totally sure. I've used IP's there before with no problem. Once I had a young guy not accept my Kellogg's $10 cat cause he said I already used coupons on the cereal...but you always get some cashier that doesn't know what the policies are.

I think Janello is correct. My Mom said they used to years ago, but as far as I know, they don't anymore (re: Big Rapids)

Big Rapids = no doubles
Mt Pleasant = yes doubles

If in doubt, pull up the weekly ad at meijer.com for the area in question. Check the bottom of the back page of the grocery ad.

I think the general boundary for doubling areas in Michigan is as follows. Draw a dotted line between the following cities and stores within the dotted line will double:

North - Mt Pleasant, Midland
West - Lansing
East - Detroit and surrounding burbs
South - Kalamazoo, Jackson

So, all areas in MI double EXCEPT Northern MI, Grand Rapids, western Lakeshore and central MI (Big Rapids).

If anyone can fill in more specific details, please do!

I know that in Michigan... Cascade (GR) does not double... neither does Lowell or Ionia... the Hastings store does.

I have a question... I am in the Cincinnati Area and I went the the U-Scan lines and my coupons did not double. They were mealbox coupons that I printed out do these not double?

I do not believe that the Mealbox Q's will double .... HTH
