I have gotten the cashiers that get a call but I stopped worrying about it because it appears it has never affected my transaction.
What i want to know is what is up with all the text messaging while you are ringing up customers?????
YES! that happened to me a few months ago when there were really good deals on Kraft. I bought 12 tubs of mayo along with a bunch of salad dressings. The first day the manager called because she was suspicious of "all that mayo", and came to the cashier and told me I "couldn't possibly use all that by the expiration date". I politely explaned that I have a large family and we usually bring potato salad to all our pot-lucks and bbq's. (Like I needed to explain my product usage).
The coupons reset, so I headed back out the next day and repeated my transaction. The same manager called (a different cashier) to warn her that the salad dressing would give an overage w/mealbox and mfg. And NOT to give me the overage. (whatever).
Day 3 I went back, another phone call and after being checked out (w/ more mayo!!) I was asked to step to the service desk.... uh oh!! The manager was waiting for me, said she'd been watching me the past few days and wanted me to show her how to get the deals for herself =). For a few weeks after that, If she saw me in the store she would ask what the "good deals" were. LOL.

Yes, at the U-Scan! I used to be paranoid about it, but I came to the conclusion I wasn't doing anything wrong so I stopped worrying about it.
