Meijer: Cheap or free cheese 1.31 only

So, just curious--if you bought 6 did it give you the $2.00 off? Or only $1.00?

I bought six and it gave me $2 off. (0.33 or 0.34 off each cheese).

Well that got his dander up, he returned the cheese and headed to the next closest Meijer where it worked once and his second go it didn't work (everything he got is on the list, but the cuts seem to have been the problem) THERE they had NO PROBLEM writing him out a cat replacement.

On the cheese that he returned, did he pay with a $5.00 catalina when he bought it?

Me and my sister did this deal today. She went absolutely crazy with the amount she bought because she supplies her married kids. I lost count on how many she bought.
I only bought 7 Kraft cheese, 12 cream cheese, and 10 Breakstone cottage cheese doubles. Got all basically for free. I should have bought more.

Oh that's good. I could see them giving him a hard time about giving him credit for the 5.00 cat that he paid with.

I had some hassles last night with the cats printing. It would sometimes print and sometimes not. I had to go to the service desk to get 3 catalinas written but only after I was there for over a half hour. Aggrevating, but for free cheeses it was worth it.

I know this is too late and you already realized that the cuts were the problem but I almost made the mistake of buying the cuts too a couple of weeks ago but they are only 5 oz and the signs indicated 6 oz and larger were eligible for the cat.
