My store only doubles the first two. Correct me if I'm wrong, but at my store, wouldn't it be cheaper to buy 4 cans at a time, using the .50/2 coupon, and NOT use the Mealbox coupon? Math: .99 x 4 = 3.96 - $2.00 = $1.96 for 4 cans, or .49 per can.
