No cats here in Michigan and the sad part about my sisters Kroger is they only accept 3 like coupons. I guess she'll have to do multiple orders there (and check out the price of these.)

I used up the last of the Mq's I had today on 8 more, and argued with CS to get them to honor the ONYO. They did but said that they would not any longer. They stated that just because the original sign said 11/28 does not mean that they don't have the right to end a special deal early. The manager stated that the catalina only went through last weeks ad, and they intend to put up a sign that said it is no longer a valid deal. I am sad because I had already ordered more q's at the beginning of the week, but at least I was able to use up the 20 I had. Guess they do not want another jello fiasco :) It was fun while it lasted...now on to the next deal....

I went today. The store that had signs up on monday and printed no problem now has signs down and no print. I went to CS ans she said it ended today, I told her no it was to go til the 28th. She gave me to $4.00 OYNO . But come on it ended today, but you all started having issues two days ago! They have to realize in this day and age info travels to quickly to get away with lying about it.

Has anyone called the cat company of Meijer corp? We need to make them understand customer satisfaction is their bread and butter!

* well I called corp, sent me to local store manager. He said he know nothing about it and said he would look into it. Called catalina, they gave me the same runaround... we will look into it.

They will probably put the signs up next week again once the sale goes off, and then act like there was just some glitch, and they are clueless. I have my 20 other coupons coming, and will just hold on to them and see what happens next week...maybe I will still get the chance to use them up. If not it was still a money maker for me, and I am all set for some major baking this season!! :)

Good point. Maybe I should grab a raincheck just in case?

I think we should all call corporate and complain. If they get bombarded with calls, maybe they'll fix their glich.

ok, I called Corporate and they transfered me to a store. I talked to a nice guy there who transfered me to their "Systems Specialist". She took down all the information and said she would find out why it's not working anymore and she'll call me back in a few hours. She said, "If it's advertised to run through the 28th, we need to get it back up and running."

shashabell, they transferred you to an actual store? One near where you live? So this person isn't necessarily going to fix every store, just that one? Just clarifying. Thanks.

I know. I wanted to talk to someone at corporate so they could fix it throughout the whole chain, but the people at this store seemed like they really wanted to figure out what was going on and fix it. They would probably call corporate and get it fixed if I could bring in proof of the catalina like an announcement or a sales paper with it stated in it.
