I think it says "buy 1+ get $1" so you would need to buy one per order to get multiple cats.

It works on the lunchables with water too. I bought this at Oakridge in SE MI (since they double up to $1). Paid 50c OOP and got a $1 OYNO
there are also $1/2 Lunchables Qs in the Back to school lunch ideas booklet, found next to the ads at Meijer.

That's the same $1 cat for the lunchables w/ water. The $1 lunchables are the snack ones not the ones w/ drinks.
