It's Move-In Day (and weekend!!!) at Wright State University! :hectic1: The store is complete chaos this afternoon (Thurs). There are new students and parents all over the store...and most of them have never been in that store before, so it's a madhouse!

I went early this morning, and there was no crowd...but when I went back this afternoon for a few things...my favorite cashier told me that by noon, the place was crazy! So...if you're shopping this weekend...go early!!! You'll thank me!

Welcome!!! Are you from around here, or are you new to the area?

I didn't mean to offend anyone by my post. I just wanted to help some of our shoppers avoid the crowd. Honestly, the students weren't the problem. It was the parents!! They kept stopping in the middle of the aisles to discuss what they should get...and where it might be. And they were pushing these huge carts, piled so high they couldn't see over them (food, pillows, organizing stuff, totes, towels...you name it!!)

Anyway, that's a good Meijer store. They keep it clean and well stocked. And most of the cashiers are really nice!

Ha, I get how you would want to warn regular shoppers for sure! I am new to the Dayton area, yep! It is nice though, went shopping there today for a few things but couldn't find a clock or thumb tacks, also a right size mattress pad but I can go elsewhere for that, most of the things were sold out. I wonder why!
