Fields Ertle Meijer

I hate the Meijer on Fields Ertle more and more. Did anyone notice the rain checks for the Lysol wipes are only for three? Usually their rain checks are for six. So I went to the Milford Meijer today and asked for a rain check and the limit was 12 plus, they didn’t have to get on phone and check plus all the usual blah, blah, blah. It was so easy to get the rain check.
Also, yesterday I asked management when they would be getting in more Bumble Bee tuna in the 2.5 oz package since they have been out for over a week. They tell me since it is a price drop they don’t have to guarantee they will carry it. How are they supposed to sell it if they don't have it?

The very few rare times I shop Meijer, I go to the one on Fields Ertle. I like it, though I don't go crazy there (only stockpiling for the two of us). I've not had to get any rainchecks yet, though I will keep your issue in mind when I do! :)

If you order through the grocery manager (if you want a lot of an item) this will take care of the rain check problem. I ordered 20 boxes of the Electrasol gelpacs when they were on sale for 3.00. I had the MB q's & MQ's to make it free. It took multiple calls, them ordering more than once for me (the never showed up, the order was denied etc.) but almost a month later I did get all 20 boxes for free (obviously paid tax). All 3 of the guys I spoke with were nice it was just a huge hassle to get ahold of anyone & took WAY longer than I expected. I didn't want to clear the shelf & I thought they may not have enough stock for me anyway.
