Hebrew National beef franks are on sale for $.75. There is a $1 printable, as well as 06-14-09 SS inserts for $1/1 and $.75/1. And I just unknowingly auctioned these off!!

Question about the 75th anniversary coupons on the top of the ad:
If I'm going to buy $75 of general merchandise and get the 5% off my next grocery purchase, does it have to be before or after the Meijer Qs?
I know usually the total that counts is before the Qs are deducted, but since these are Meijer Qs on a Meijer offer, I'm not so sure...
