I thought I'd heard before that you can call the Catalina company with your reciept and the CAT # and get it refunded?

you don't need the catalina offer # to call Catalina at 1-888-826-8766, When you call, they will ask for the date, time, there will be a transaction# and store # on your recipt. They will ask where you heard about the offer, and what the offer is for. Then they look up the offer.

I have found out the hard way that not all offers are good at all stores. When the Jello pudding cat was being discussed, I bought 3 ea and no catalina, per the Catalina representative, my store was not participating. I asked her about the other Meijer near my house (had the store# from another receipt) and was told they were not participating either. She did let me know that it was a valid catalina opportunity, just not in my area.
I posted a Maxwell House and Starbucks catalina in my stores, another person on this board was told when she didn't get the cat, that the promotion was over. This wasn't true in my area stores,(there were signs up as well as a Maxwell House/Starbucks/International coffee display with the catalina and dates posted-I checked again after the poster stated that I gave bad info.) but evidently, the Catalina representative didn't tell her this, so she posted that I was wrong. sigh.

Good luck! I have had catalinas sent twice when they didn't print. At the Catalina ph#, they can tell when the transaction doesn't print a catalina that is due, I even received an extra offer ($.75 off 2 Campbell's recipe soups) that was supposed to print when the $2 onyn. The representative told me about it, and I received both catalinas in 5 days.
