In my opinion, yes. It not on freezes well but stays fresh (soft) for quit a while. My DH seldom eats light bread, he prefers hamburger buns; so sometimes I work on the same loaf of bread for 2-3 weeks. Just one tip for freezing bread. If you buy enough that you will need to stack it in your freezer, freeze each layer completely before adding the next. The Aunt Millie’s bread I get is really soft and very easy to mash.
