Meijer-Free Kraft Salad dressing...

I am new to Meijer and the Mealbox coupons but this is what i did today:

Kraft salad dressing $1.58 and used the $1.50 Q and the $1 Mealbox Q and got them free..I don't know how Meijer handles overages but the cashier manually entered the coupons. I know the $0.08 for salad dressing is great, but I need to save every penny and love freebies!!!

Isn't the MB q $1/2 ? Or is there other q?

The mealbox coupon is for the 24 oz size. The 24 oz size is $3.00 this week. Buy (2) 24 oz size Kraft Salad Dressings, use (2) $1.50/1 manu. coupon, and (1) mealbox coupon, and pay $1.00 ea for (2) 24 oz bottles of Kraft Salad Dressing.

There's two Mealbox coupons out for Kraft dressing:

$1.00/2 Kraft salad dressing, 24 oz. Only - exp 6/6/09

$1.00/1 Kraft salad dressing, 16 oz Only - 6/6/09

YMMV.......I know at my Meijer the 16oz salad dressing was not anywhere close to 1.58......I think it was almost double that.

Yep at my store the ones priced at 1.58 were NOT 16 oz, the 16 oz was priced at 2.49.

My store had the 16 oz. priced at $1.58 - great deal! I can't quite figure out why they'd have a mealbox coupon for $1/2 of the 24 oz. and $1/1 of the 16 oz. Seems to me that they'd want it the other way around. Oh well - no complaining here!

Anyone been able to use the SCO and have the $1/1 MBQ work without a problem? I did this deal last night, and the MBQ required cashier intervention. It worked, but would rather not have the cashier nosing around. Thanks!

I've only used MBQ a few times, but each one has required cashier intervention. I figured it was just normal. None of the ones I used were overage so that wasn;t it.
