I've never used the Meijer Mealbox coupons, and was wondering if the following transaction is ok to do. If it won't work, or is illegal I won't be doing it!

Nabisco Wheat Thins, Triscuits, or 100 Calorie Packs 2 for $5
(Buy any participating Nabisco products on sale 2 for $5, get a FREE gallon of Meijer Milk)

Can I buy:

(2) 100 Calorie Oreo Mini Cakesters 2 for $5
-$1/2 MQ (100 Calorie Oreo Mini Cakesters) printable here: Oreo100CaloriePack
-$1 off Meijer Mealbox coupon Nabisco 100 Calorie Pack
-$1 off Meijer Mealbox coupon Nabisco 100 Calorie Pack
=$2 for (2) Oreo Minis, and (2) Milk

Am I allowed to use two alike Meijer Mealbox coupons??

Yep you should be able to do that! They took the "One Per Transaction" wording off the Mealbox coupons so using 2 in your scenario should be fine! Be aware though that not all Meijer personnel seem to have gotten this message..

so they may give you a hassle at first...

It seems that the "like" mealbox coupons are only taking off once. I had to have the cashier manually enter the others that I had, so be careful to make sure you get the discount for all of them.
