Re: Meijer $1000 GC for receipt survey: Have you ever won? Don't get me wrong, we do have a few managers like that (not the store director), but most of them are polite. The ones that are polite are usually the ones that care about customer service. The ones who are snobby are the workaholics who don't even care about customers, especially when they have stuff to do. My opinion as a manager is that the customer is most important, and everything in your power should be done to help them out.
I don't think I will be at Meijer much longer, I got offered a salary manager position at Steak n Shake and am probably going to take it, especially when my manager throws a hissyfit because I am thinking about leaving. |
