Meijer Mealbox/Manufacturer Coupon Discussion

Anyone having problems stacking Mealbox Q with Manufacturer Q should contact Lisa Karczag at mealbox.mealbox@meijer.com
She will gladly send you an email with the new policy.
I had problems the other evening stacking my Qs and I was able to pull out a copy of my email and after a little sighing and rolling of eyes they put the Mealbox Qs through.
I gave them the email so that they can inform others about the policy change and I contacted her with details of the trip, so she can hopefully work magic at her end.

I haven't had too many problems at my local Meijer stores with the mealbox coupons recently. As others mentioned, I seem to have the most success at U-scans.

BUT, I have been having problems with the catalinas I've gotten NOT coming off even when the cashiers say they do (I earn them with my Meijer card so $1/$6 of cheese, etc.). I end up hitting the CS desk every time I'm there to get my money back. But that's another thread...

Well I solved the problem with the coupons not scanning by printing them slightly larger but it still errored out on the U-scan and required cashier intervention. This was the campbells select harvest coupon. It may have been because i used a manq as well.

At least try printing them at the 125% level and see if they work better. The real problem is because the UPC is printed on the coupon as a JPG that is shrunk down from the original. I contacted Meijer about it and hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I've made 2 fabulous discoveries over the past two weeks or so and figured I'd share them here in case someone hasn't heard of them yet...

1) I can use multiple mealbox coupons at once without a problem (so if I want to purchase 5 kraft dressings, then I can use 5 mealbox coupons...yesterday I bought 15 kraft dressings and all 15 worked...I was told this is b/c the wording changed to say "each item" vs "each transaction")

2) if you have the MEALBOX coupons all go through at the very beginning of your coupons then there seems to be no problems. I've done this at least 5-10 times and have found it true EVERY TIME. As soon as I've finished getting everything through the scanner, I call the U-SCAN person over. I have them do all the mealbox coupons. Then after all of my MEALBOX coupons are put through, I do my mfg coupons. Usually the uscan person just stands there and puts them all through.
