I had problems the other evening stacking my Qs and I was able to pull out a copy of my email and after a little sighing and rolling of eyes they put the Mealbox Qs through.
I gave them the email so that they can inform others about the policy change and I contacted her with details of the trip, so she can hopefully work magic at her end.
