Meijer-Mealbox value not coming off?

I've had two instances lately where the mealbox coupon was scanned and accepted (no beeps) but the value hasn't come off. The first was last week and I don't remember the product, but then it happened again today. I bought the Meijer frozen hash browns and when it scanned, the screen jumped around as if to take the value off at the product level rather than in the coupon section, so I thought everything was ok. Then I got home and compared everything and it's no where to be found. The top of the recipt does show the "CM Promotion" for the correct number of times I had one, but the value deduction for this coupon isn't there.

Has anyone else noticed this happening? I used other mealbox coupons today as well and this was the only one that didn't work.

Did you happen to look under that specific item on the receipt? I noticed the same thing- it was scanning the screen for the product, then I got my receipt and it said .00 for each different MB coupon I used. I was waiting in line at CS for something else, when it caught my eye that it now deducts it right under the item- kind of like the Free item on 10/10 11th Free.

It did take it off under the item for the other MB I used, but not for this one. So, it's listed as 0.00 at the top under CM promotion, but then not accounted for under the item or in the coupon section. ???

Well that's not good. I guess I'll have to watch carefully.

It happened to me with the Arnold bread coupon. It showed the promo at the top, but no $1.00 came off.:sad:

The Arnold bread was the other MB that I had, and it worked! Go figure.

I noticed this as well. I have a spreadsheet that lets me know what my totals should be before and after coupons, and before and after tax. Even though it doesn't SHOW that the coupons were deducted, my totals came out correctly (in this instance, $1 per order). If the MMQ hadn't come off properly, it would have been $1.50. So while I couldn't actually see where it figured the coupon in, it came out as expected.

Every single Mealbox coupon I have used at the U-scan has done exactly what you are describing -- but I have always caught it. After it happened the first time, now I know and I save them for the end, when the cashier always has to come over and help with getting some coupons to go through anyway.

My store does not seem to be very familiar with these coupons, so I always have to explain and it seems each one of them gets the coupon to go through in a different way. I don't really care how they do it, as long as it is deducted.
