As a store, they do have the right to "limit" the cat. But there is NO WAY that you should have had to pay .50 for something that you clearly had a coupon for.
AND
they also can not tell you that you can't separate orders. You should go back to tell a manager what happened to you. If that does not work you need to call corporate! You should NOT have been treated that way!!! :(

Sorry this is so far after your original post but I did the transaction 4 times and 4 times the cats did not print - I called Catalina 888-322-3814. Have your receipt in front of you, they need some key info from it, and they'll be able to see if the machine was working and if you bought the right products. It does tend to take a few minutes for the call, and then you have to wait to get the RR, which takes 6 - 8 weeks from what I've heard. But they are sending mine to me.
I know this cat deal is over, but I am sure a lot of us still have some. I was looking at one I found in my pocket this morning. I got it friday...it now states limit one coupon per transaction...check your cats before using them. It is all the over on the bottom right.

ok so i have 7 ot these to use this week.....i can use IP and i have q's from the last month or so...what is the best way to use these? Please help very new at this.....TIA
This just means how many you will get per transaction. i.e. the promo said buy 3 or more . . . even if you bought 6 or 9 kraft itemsin a transaction, you still only got 1 catalina back. You can use more than one when redeeming. Check your local store. Meijer stores set their policies individually so what may work at one, won't work at another - it's very frustrating . . . but I have redeemed at least 15 in one transaction.
