I just read in the meijer ad for this week that the 25.4 oz. Pert Plus is on sale for $2.99 and there is a coupon in the paper (I'm not sure which section) for $3.00 off that size.

What is the register doing with this coupon? I am assuming it stops the cashier and it adjusts down to $2.99?

it might automatically adjust it. thats what it does at my store

ie, i used the $3/2 clean team wipes on the 1.29 wipes and it automatically made the coupon 2.58 off

I just "bought" five of the big bottles today. The coupon scanned as $3, no problems. I will be remembering the lady that helped me today. She was awesome!
