$3 off any 3 Johnson's product Cat

Hello, I shop at Fred Meyers localy (Kroger store) and our buddies are $1.29 here so the $1 off Q dosent cover it all so while talking to a cashier she read threw the coupons and said I could use both. Here is her thoughts...

Buy 3 Buddies @ $1.29 each
-$1 MQ
-$1 MQ
-$1 MQ
-$2.50 (Or $3 depending on what you get)

She said the $1 MQ are attached to a product when they scan, the cat $2.50 is taken off your whole order for purchesing the 3 at the same time.

Sure enought it worked, no beeps nothing, I got the buddies paid for since they are $1.29 and some overage. Plus ANOTHER CAT for $3

Thoughts? Is she right in her thinking?

It would depend on the verbage on the Catalina. I believe the 250/1 and 300/1 are Manufacturer's Coupons, not OYNO Catalina's. I don't have one in front of me to check, though. So in my opinion (without having one in front of me)... just because it went through doesn't mean it should.

I went today in Michigan and bought 4 Buddies bars and nothing printed.

I had one of these catalinas in my coupon binder, and I used it today on 3 buddies bars. Another $3/3 printed! I was surprised because I thought it was a dead deal.

I have been getting these every time I purchase 3 buddies bars at Kroger and Meijer! Nothing like FREE Buddies bars keeping on rolling into my house, esp. since I am new at this and need to build my stock.

Yep, it worked for me today. I used the insert q for $3.00 off, the buddies bars are $1.09 at my store, got the $3.00 cat off Johnson & Johnson products.
