Meijer: $10/$75 catalina

Today at Meijer in Ohio I used the $10/$75 oyno I had gotten recently. I got another one on the order today, too. I am not sure what triggered it. Exp. is 8-12-08.

I've received:

3-3.00 off 50
1-5.00 off 75
1-6.00 off 95
1-7.00 off 125

I liked the 5 off 25 that had been coming out all summer at the Lexington, KY Meijer (Hamburg). I guess 3.00 off is better than nothing.

Do you know what is triggering them? That's where I shop (Hamburg) and I haven't gotten any of them all summer.

The only thing I can pinpoint is that when a catalina is redeemed, another spits out. If I do not use a catalina, nothing comes out. We made some large patio purchases earlier this year on the Meijer CC, that may have prompted the 5 off 25. We had no less than a dozen of those come out between May and July. Now we are getting the ones listed above.

My purchase yesterday was a cash purchase using a 3 off 50 and another 3 off 50 came out.

wanted to let everyone know that I did not receive another $10/75 when I shopped today at Meijer. Guessing whatever triggered it is over for me. :(

Received another 3 off 50 at the Reynolds Rd location in Lexington last weekend. I paid with cash but redeemed another 3 off 50 from Hamburg.

Last night I received a 5 off 70 from the store in Cincinnati across from Cincinnati Mills. I did not redeem a 3 off 50, but used my Visa to pay.

I guess there is no rhyme or reason for these catalinas to come out, as long as they keep them coming.

i have a 5 off 35 but it's for general merchandise, i found it at the bottom of one of their instore flyers. it sometimes pays to stop and look through the different papers they have at the entrance!
