I suspected my son had an ear infection, and clipped this coupon off the back of the Sunday ad before we went to the doctor's office. He did have one, and was given an RX for an antibiotic. I used the coupon. I got:
$10 off fuel purchase
$1 off grocery purchase
Get $5 off coupon at next refill coupon

I have monthly RX at Meijer, so when I refilled one yesterday, I gave them my $5 off coupon voucher, and got the $5 off grocery purchase (valid for two weeks), $1 off any general merchandise/apparel purchase (valid for two weeks) and another voucher/coupon for $5 off at next refill (valid for one month).
