This is super simple and we really like it! I have a bunch of the Pepperidge Farms garlic bread loaves from recent sales at Kroger and have been using that instead of buttering a loaf of French bread. This works best for me when I halve the recipe (or I guess you could use two loaves of the bread) because I don't like the meat too thick. I also usually omit the peppers and tomatoes per my family's taste.
Quick, simple, and delicious (not at all healthy, but we don't have to mention that)!
