We bought a half of a cow. I have about twenty one pound packs of ground beef left. I am out of ideas. Anyone have any great meal ideas for using up the ground beef. (Funny how we had no problem using the steaks up) My five year old is not a big fan of the texture of ground beef so anything to help that would be great as well.

Anyone have a good meatloaf and meatball recipe?
