In the November 2009 issue that came via mail--I subscribe (purple cover with photo of pecan pie on it) I found the following:

• $2/off one package of Bifera iron supplements exp 12/31/10
• $1/off any one Land O'Lakes seasoning exp 6/30/10

Those were all built into pages. I also found a perforated insert around page 112 that had the following:

• $3/off Windex All-In-One glass cleaning tool starter kit exp 4/30/10
