I am in the process of obtaining an official policy as depending on which cashier you get this can vary, but it has been my experience that - - - Yes, Lowes accepts both Sunday inserts and IPs. You can combine also a Store Coupon (like 10% off of $10 off $50) with manufacturer's coupons. Just be sure to present your Store Coupon first if a purchase of a certain amount is required to use the coupon. Otherwise, your manufacturer's coupons will lower your total and make the Store Coupon beep. Does Lowe's offer a military discount? Yes. All retired, disabled and active military receive 10% off everyday. All other military receive 10% off on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Veterans' Day. Lowe's guarantees competitive prices. This guarantee is only valid on Cash (charge card) and carry purchases.
Exclusions: Competitor's closeout, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation and damaged items are excluded the price match guarantee. Labor charges for product installation are excluded from the price guarantee offer in Lowe's stores with an "Installed Sales" Program.

What is Lowe's policy on returns without a receipt? If you paid with a credit or debit card, customer service will scan your card to pull up a copy of the receipt. If you paid by cash or check, they can look up your receipt using the telephone number you provided during the initial transaction. Once the receipt is found, the purchase price will be refunded back to your card or you will receive cash back if you paid by cash or check. If they are unable to locate your receipt, you will receive a store credit. However, your refund will reflect the current price of the item regardless of what you paid.
