What is Lowes Cp policy??

I had a MQ cp and Lowes refused to take it today said they can not honor it since the item was a B1G1 and I used 1 cp ( for the item I purchased) and she said no, they will not allow it; I went round adn round they did allow it finally and then would not allow me to get the B1G1 deal... I never used one at Lowes but if they are like that and will not accept MQ ( no Ip, was a regualr MQ), then I will never set foot in their store ever again, we buy a lot of Home Improvement stuff and that hwo they treated us today made me really mad and I told her that if this is the case I will never come back to Lowes. Please anyone know what the Lowes Cp policy is ?? I just can't believe that they will not accept MQ... Thank you

I went in about 2 weeks ago and bought the Miracle Grow spray thingie. Tried to use my IP q on it and it was beeping. So they come over and say that they don't take mfq's at all but she put it through anyways.

I work at Lowe's. We previously did not accept manufacture coupons because we did not get reimbursement for them. We were told to take small coupons like 25cents off, etc. just as a courtesy. We got a memo the other day that starting June 1st we can now accept all manufacture coupons. Lowe's now has a clearinghouse so we will be getting reimbursement for them. However, when we scan the coupon it will not deduct or anything. The price has to be manually changed. So you will not see anything on your receipt like you do at like Target, Walmart, etc.
