QUESTION In need of paint

Does anyone know where I can get a deal on paint? I know the home improvement stores offer a $5.00 off every now and then. Does anyone know of these dates?
Thanks for any help you can lend

We've used the Walmart brand paint several times now and have always been happy with it. I can't remember the exact price, but I know it was under $10 a gallon.

Just went to Lowes yesterday and they had a table full of oops paint for $1-$5 a gallon. It is paint that was mixed and then the people didn't like it or didn't pick it up. I picked up two galolons of a semi gloss in a pretty yellow to paint my sun room $1 each. You can then have more mixed if the one or two is not enough. Just make sure it is the same kind then mix it all together in a paint bucket so there is no difference in the lots. I know Walmart has a shelf with oops paint to.

I buy oops paint also. If I find a color that I like but it's too dark or bright I purchase white paint of the same brand and mix it in a bigger bucket. I have painted about half the rooms in my house now for about $40-$50 total. By waiting and checking routinely I got 3 gallons oops paint of Ralph Lauren Suede Paint in a lovely tan color for $7 each.

We've bought a few gallons of the OOPS paint and it's great. My local Lowe's puts there's out on Saturday morning. I've heard that some stores puts it out on Friday nights.

Some colors are horrible, but I just make sure to get a slightly dark color so I can add some white paint to tone it down a bit.

There is also a rebate for $5 off Behr paint gallons now at Home Depot thru today I think, if that helps any. Brings it to something like $11-12 a gallon. Came across the rebate while looking at their website.
