Anyone know what a gallon of Valspar paint runs? I would love to repaint my kitchen!

Last time I bought 1 gallon Ralph Lauren Primer & 1 gallon of paint, and it was $89 maybe more.... I was not expecting that.

I just bought Valspar Premium White paint and it was $24.95 and I bought Zinnser Primer for $17.XX Both 1 Gallon. Different colors may cost more.

Also, some have reported that buying a gallon of "oops" paint at around 5.99 will still get the rebate!

I bought a new Maytag dryer today. I got 10% off because it was $397 or more. There is also a rebate form that I got from customer service to get the delivery charges back in the form of a Visa card. On the web site it says that the appliance has to be $397 BEFORE taxes and DISCOUNTS. I'm happy about what I saved and happy that my refurbished 1970's era dryer (which is almost as old as I am) is out the door.

Oops paint at my store is $5 but the rebate form says (in some form) that it doesn't qualify so I haven't tried it. If someone else has let us know if it works!

Also, I was at Lowes today, spent $14.97 and got the 10 off 50 and it expires Sept 7. FYI

Yea it says not valid on mistinted products. No gallon of valspar sells for $5 if it's not a mistint. I think the cheapest is about $24, so they would definitely know. Since it specifically says not valid on them, my honest opinion as an employee would suggest not to try it, the worst that can happen is it gets denied, but I'd save the stamp.

Great to know. I am glad I never spent the time on the mistints. You know, the 5 minutes it takes to fill out and mail the rebate info is just too much for me sometimes.

I bought the oops vaspar for $5.00 and got the $5.00 rebate on 2 off them then they said they were not for them( anyways at they end i got $5.00 out of the $10.00 i was suoped to get back. soo make sure you photo copy everything and keep your cans for proof.
