QUESTION Need help buying appliances

We plan to buy a whole kitchen full of appliances (so probably dishwasher, oven, and fridge) for our house thats being built. We don't need them until spring of next year but could buy them anytime if its a really good deal. Anyone know when the best time is to buy these?

I sell appliances and the best time to buy is asap. What would be ideal is to find a place that will let you lock in the price now as pricing on appliances goes up about 2 times a year. Most companies just raised their prices about a month ago or so. But I would recommend putting some money down on them ...not necessarily paying them off....just locking in on your price. You can also find better deals if you buy whole packages together. If you buy the same brand, most manufacturers offer mail in rebates which are amazing. You should also seek out your local independent stores...not the big boxes like lowes, menards, sears, etc. As indepedents will usually be more willing to negotiate on the pricing. What state do you live in? I could possibly name a few independents for you to check out! :-)

I live in WV (specifically Morgantown) so if you have any suggestions, I'll take them. Just sitting here, I can't think of any independent places to buy appliances.

We just bought a washer, stove, fridge and range microwave not too long ago. We bought our washing machine from an independent and they were MUCH higher than a big box store. I don't know what we were thinking. lol
If you have a Brandsmart USA near you, GO THERE~! THeir prices were the best and they were also negotiable!!!

If you are getting stainless Best Buy always has a deal where they sell a Fridgidare bundle. It is usually around $1800 (I have seen it on sale for lower) and includes a stove, fridge, above stove microwave, and a dishwasher.
