$10 off $50 purchase coupons are printing at my Lowes again.

I made an $85 purchase yesterday and a $10/$50 coupon printed at the bottom of my receipt. Seems like everytime they do this, a $50 min purchase is required to trigger the coupon.

Seems to be a holiday weekend type promo. They have not been printing recently and did not print today. Since this weekend coming up is Labor Day Weekend, they may start the promo again when their new sales for the week start. If anyone finds out, please post.

I work there and they are triggered by even a 50 cent purchase. Every single transaction spits one out. I have people do 3 transaction and get 3 coupons. They will go through the weekend and expire on the 7th.

my DH has spent $10-$500 per receipt and never gets this...is it regional ?

does using a discount offer/coupon prevent it from printing ??

I would assume it's regional. I think it's only a promotion that goes on for very limited days, since they do expire in a few days.

I have had people use their Lowe's coupons and still it print out on them, so coupons do not affect it.

I have no clue why they wouldn't be printing out for him. You got me.
