Do you keep them through exp date or beyond? If beyond, how far would be considered safe?

We go through it pretty quick and since they have long expiration dates, we haven't gone very far past. Up to you

If I freeze milk, it may go far beyond exp. date. The timer starts ticking once it's thawed.
The SB seems to have longer exp. dates though. I've bought bunches in the past months - and I've been able to store them in the fridge because of those long dates.
