$5/50 Coupon Printing at the Register

I ran into LF for something quick yesterday, and a got a $5/50 coupon. It's only valid for this week-end.

silly question, is the $50 before or after LF rewards card and/or coupons?? Just wondering, we can use this printed one at Harris Teeter? If so, I assume we have to use it within the same date range??
