Taking competitors coupons

I was at Lowes Foods in my area and they had a sign that will take competitors coupons, i.e Harris Teeters $10 off for spending $40. I would check this out at your local Lowes Foods store.

I got the coupon policy last week and mine here in Myrtle Beach says they will take competitor's coupons for dollar off amounts...not coupons on specific items. So if I have a catalina for $2 off your next purchase for Bi-Lo then I can use it at Lowe's if I wish.
