Does anyone else have as much trouble with Instasave as I do?

Does anyone else have as much trouble with Instasave as I do? It is hit and miss for me. I even print out my list to be sure they are added to my card.

I gave up on this program after the 3rd try

Most of the time, I don't even get the "specials" for instasave. I usually get the regular ones, if I add them to my card.

I rarely have issues with the instasave, but when I do, CS always handles it...no probs

CS at my store always tells me they have nothing to do with the Instasave program and they give me the corporate phone number to call.

I guess that's why I like our LF so much. They have great cashiers and CS...well, with the exclusion of one cashier in particular...but she's getting better. We have to train them properly.

The only time I have insta save issues is when everyone is having them like with the apples the other week. Otherwise it seems to work fine for me.

Okay I doubled checked after my last visit this week and I bought the No Yolks. Strangely, the 0.75 insta save did not come off my total. Not sure why.

Go to the contact section on the Instasave site and either call or email the corporate CS. They will attach a "make good" credit to your Lowes card for $.75 to come off of your next order. They even gave me $5 in FRC each of the last two times this has happened to me! They did tell me that I was not the only one to contact them with a problem with the No Yolks.
